Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Blackbird e-Solutions LLC is a boutique digital marketing agency built exclusively for the soccer industry. From youth clubs to apparel brands to training platforms, we help soccer businesses grow through SEO, AI search optimization, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics. Our edge is that we live in the sport, not just market for it. You will own the work across our retainer accounts: running the SEO, building and optimizing the paid campaigns, owning the content calendars, and pulling the reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO & AI Search Execution: On-page and technical SEO, keyword research, site audits, content briefs, and optimization across client sites
- Paid Advertising: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end to end, including audience targeting, ad copy, budget pacing, and ongoing performance tuning
- Content Delivery: Own content calendars and publishing schedules across client accounts, and produce or direct the work itself
- Performance Oversight: Track and report on core SEO, and PPC and site metrics across the portfolio, flagging what is underperforming and acting on it before a client has to ask
- Client Delivery: Own the day-to-day delivery of our active retainer accounts, making sure every deliverable ships on time and to standard without founder involvement
- Client Coordination: Coordinate workflows across the portfolio, prioritize competing demands, and keep clients informed and projects moving
Key Requirements
- 2-4+ years executing digital marketing work in either SEO, Paid, or AI Search and the willingness to learn additional marketing skill sets.
- Process-Driven Mindset: You take pride in structured workflows, checklist precision, and organized task management.
- Hands-on with the tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and an SEO platform such as Ahrefs or Semrush
- Able to show real work you personally ran and the results it produced
- Highly organized and self-directed, you operate without someone looking over your shoulder
- Clear communicator who can explain performance in plain language
- Agency experience preferred
