Job Description

A Digital Sales Representative is needed to support the growth and adoption of digital healthcare solutions across targeted medical accounts. The role involves engaging surgeons, hospital teams, and healthcare stakeholders to drive product utilization, provide training, and expand the customer base for digital medical technologies.

This position requires strong communication skills, business development experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with healthcare customers to understand digital solution needs and business challenges
  • Drive adoption and utilization of digital healthcare products through customer engagement and training
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of surgeon and hospital leads
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and account teams to support customer success
  • Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and in-person visits where necessary
  • Support product demonstrations and attend medical procedures when required
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to engineering and internal teams
  • Use Salesforce.com to manage activities, sales pipeline, and reporting
  • Assist with regional events, trade shows, and market development initiatives
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales and adoption targets

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of business development experience in the medical field
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence healthcare professionals and leadership through virtual and phone communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible schedules
  • Ability to enter patient care and surgical environments
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of HL7, PACS, DICOM, EPIC interfaces, or related healthcare technologies
  • Experience working in hospital operating room environments
  • Experience training physicians or healthcare professionals
