Job Description

Moniepoint Incorporated, a global payments and banking platform recently backed by QED Investors, is seeking a Director of Product Management. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and ensuring products deliver maximum value to businesses across Africa and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Own and achieve product KPIs, prioritizing initiatives to meet business goals efficiently.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, compliance, and finance.
• Conduct user research, identify gaps, and create innovative solutions to improve customer experience.
• Define and monitor product metrics, using data insights to optimize the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage product health and with marketing to design go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
• 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in product management.
• Proven track record in high-growth tech or finance environments.
• Strong knowledge of web, mobile, and backend technologies.
• Expertise in user research, data-driven decision-making, and roadmap prioritization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
