Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact between doctors and patients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  2. Manage appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM or telemedicine platforms.
  3. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs and resolve concerns promptly.
  4. Analyze feedback to improve patient satisfaction and enhance service quality.
  5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, appointment scheduling tools, or telemedicine platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
  • Certification in healthcare administration or medical office management is a plus.
