The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration or a related field and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between doctors and patients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM or telemedicine platforms.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs and resolve concerns promptly.
- Analyze feedback to improve patient satisfaction and enhance service quality.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
- Familiarity with CRMs, appointment scheduling tools, or telemedicine platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
- Certification in healthcare administration or medical office management is a plus.
