We are looking for a talented and experienced Female Lawyer to join our dynamic team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate commercial practice and property law, coupled with excellent legal acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct research and deliver expert opinions on property law and related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Represent the organization effectively in legal proceedings or consultations.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Proven expertise in corporate commercial practice and property law.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
