Job Description
A remote Full Stack Developer opportunity is available for professionals experienced in building scalable backend systems and modern UI-driven platforms. The role focuses on developing a configurable self-service solution for contact center operations powered by Amazon Connect. This platform enables business users to manage queues, call routing, outbound campaigns, and workflows without depending on code deployments or developer intervention.
Candidates should possess strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot, alongside working knowledge of frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Build backend systems that support dynamic call routing, queue management, and configuration-driven workflows
- Develop services for outbound campaign management and dialer customization
- Collaborate with frontend teams to support self-service user interfaces
- Integrate applications with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
- Manage and abstract business logic outside Amazon Connect for flexible configuration handling
- Ensure systems can support real-time updates without requiring redeployment
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments
- Participate in debugging, code reviews, testing, and production support activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience using Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of configuration-driven systems or workflow-based platforms is an advantage
- Exposure to contact center platforms, IVR systems, or Amazon Connect is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
