Job Description
Darey.io is hiring a skilled Full Stack Instructor to train and mentor aspiring developers. This role is suited for an experienced professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for teaching. The instructor will lead structured training sessions, support learners throughout their journey, and contribute to building industry-ready tech talent.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a comprehensive full stack development curriculum aligned with industry standards
- Create practical mini-projects to reinforce learning and ensure hands-on experience
- Conduct two 2-hour training sessions during weekends and weekday evenings
- Deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to different learning styles
- Provide ongoing learner support through Slack, answering questions and guiding projects
- Assess learner progress through assignments and projects, offering constructive feedback
- Identify learning gaps and recommend additional resources or support where needed
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies and frameworks, especially JavaScript
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners
- Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is an advantage
- Familiarity with online learning tools and platforms
- Strong passion for teaching and helping others grow in their tech careers
