Salary: ₦250,000+ (based on expertise)
We are looking for a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in pâtisserie, viennoiserie, and boulangerie, with a strong passion for innovation and excellence in food preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and execute creative menus, incorporating both traditional and innovative culinary techniques.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations in all food preparation and kitchen activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in pâtisserie, viennoiserie, and boulangerie.
- Culinary school certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
