Job Description
Custodian Investment Plc is looking to hire a Head, HR Operation to lead the HR Operations team and provide strategic HR support and oversee HR policies, employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, and welfare.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Operations team and provide strategic HR support.
- Oversee HR policies, employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, and welfare.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory remittances, including Pension, NHF, NSITF, and ITF.
- Drive employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
- Partner with Talent & Performance Management on KPIs, job descriptions, performance, and development.
- Ensure HR compliance, accurate employee records, and effective HR systems.
- Support Agency Operations and maintain relationships with regulators and service providers.
- Lead and develop the HR Operations team.
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years’ HR experience, with strong HR Operations experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- CIPM or relevant professional HR certification.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HR Management Systems and HR reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
