A leading technology and infrastructure company is seeking an experienced Head of Brand and Communications to drive brand visibility, strategic communication, and corporate storytelling across its group of companies. The role focuses on building a strong global brand presence, managing public perception, and positioning the organization as a leading African-driven global enterprise.

Salary: N1,000,000 – N2,000,000 monthly

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute brand communication strategies across multiple business units
  • Develop compelling brand narratives and storytelling campaigns that strengthen market positioning
  • Oversee media relations, PR activities, interviews, podcasts, and public communications
  • Create communication frameworks for campaigns, launches, webinars, and corporate announcements
  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms, websites, email communications, and public engagements
  • Manage crisis communication and corporate reputation when required
  • Position company executives and leadership teams as industry thought leaders
  • Supervise content creation, communication, and storytelling teams to maintain premium brand standards

Requirements

  • Strong experience in branding, corporate communications, or public relations
  • Deep understanding of storytelling psychology and audience engagement
  • Excellent written, verbal, and editorial communication skills
  • Experience managing brand reputation and executive communications
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making ability
  • Good understanding of African, diaspora, and North American markets
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-performance environments
