Head of Operations
Job Description
IndexRide is seeking a Head of Operations to run driver onboarding, city field operations, LASDRI compliance, and the verification pipeline that gets couriers and drivers onto the IndexRide platform safely and at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end driver onboarding and verification pipeline
- Manage field operations teams across all active Lagos zones
- Ensure full LASDRI compliance for all drivers on the platform
- Build and maintain partnerships with vehicle inspection centres
- Design and optimise the NIN, licence, and document verification workflow
- Report weekly on driver supply, churn, and activation metrics
Key Requirements
- 5+ years in operations management logistics, mobility, or FMCG preferred
- Deep understanding of LASDRI regulations and Lagos transport compliance
- Experience managing large field teams across multiple zones
- Strong data skills comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
