Job Description

INSIDEA is hiring a HubSpot Specialist to manage HubSpot onboarding, implementation, and optimization for clients. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, data migration, and sales pipeline management. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to streamline marketing and sales processes while improving lead generation and customer engagement through HubSpot solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding, setup, customization, and implementation of HubSpot portals for new clients.
  • Manage data migration, CRM configuration, and accurate data mapping into HubSpot.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and calls-to-action using HubSpot.
  • Configure and manage sales pipelines, deal stages, and CRM workflows.
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
  • Segment contact lists based on customer behavior, email engagement, and website activity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct testing, and recommend improvements for better marketing results.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data quality across the HubSpot platform.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub.
  • Strong understanding of CRM management and marketing automation best practices.
  • Experience with HubSpot implementation, data migration, and data mapping.
  • Knowledge of list segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to create and manage marketing assets such as landing pages, forms, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • HubSpot certifications are an added advantage.
