Job Description
Eastern Plains Integrated Farm Limited( EPIFL) is a rapidly growing agribusiness in Igbariam, Anambra State seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead the organisation’s people function and support its continued growth and expansion. The Human Resources Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Human Resources function, ensuring that people strategies, policies, and processes support business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR operations and labour law compliance while fostering a productive and high-performing workplace.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
- 10 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance, HR policies, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use HR data to support management decisions.
- Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is an advantage.
