Job Description

Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking a talented Illustrator to create original and engaging artwork for its products and digital experiences. The role involves translating complex concepts and creative briefs into visually compelling illustrations that connect with target audiences and support the brand’s visual identity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop rough draft illustrations based on project requirements, creative briefs, and specifications.
  • Create and refine complete illustrations using a range of colours, graphics, effects, and digital illustration software.
  • Apply isometric techniques to create perspective and effectively represent complex visual shapes and concepts.
  • Ensure digital illustrations meet established quality, technical, and colour standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop creative ideas, visual styles, patterns, and concepts.
  • Translate written briefs, sketches, models, and abstract ideas into engaging visual artwork.
  • Stay updated on emerging illustration techniques, design trends, and graphics software.

  • Maintaining strong brand consistency and technical quality across digital artwork and user experiences.
  • Collaborating effectively with design teams to continually improve visual language and illustration standards.

  • Producing artwork that effectively meets complex briefs and supports product and marketing objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or in a similar visual design role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of completed illustration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Advanced drawing, painting, and digital artwork rendering skills.
  • Strong proficiency in image editing and design tools, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and artistic problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
