Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 monthly

Tranter IT is seeking a skilled IT End User Support professional to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual with a strong customer service orientation and readiness to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for LAN and WLAN installations.
• Respond promptly to end-user inquiries, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain and update IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in IT support, including LAN and WLAN setup.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware and software installation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and start immediately.
