Job Description

Alfred and Victoria Associates is recruiting an experienced IT Sales Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and identify business opportunities within assigned accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while promoting the company’s IT products and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate sales from assigned accounts and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Attend client meetings and present suitable products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, bids, and other sales-related documents.
• Participate in sales meetings, industry events, and technology exhibitions when required.
• Gather customer feedback and coordinate the resolution of client concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage client expectations, budgets, targets, and project deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a sales role within the IT industry.
• Experience working in a target-driven sales environment is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Excellent negotiation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong leadership and account management abilities.
• Passion for sales and achieving business goals.
• Excellent active listening and customer engagement skills.
