MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL) is hiring a Key Account Manager (Pharma) to drive strategic client relationships and business growth within the pharmaceutical sector. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening partnerships and achieving revenue targets through effective account management and business planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key pharmaceutical clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve account growth and revenue targets
  • Monitor account performance and oversee daily account activities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery
  • Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and client relationship development
  • Strong business planning and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Lagos
