A global cybersecurity leader, Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Major Account Manager – FSI West Africa to support enterprise clients across the financial services sector. This remote role focuses on driving complex sales cycles, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions that support digital transformation and secure infrastructure across the region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and channel stakeholders
  • Identify customer challenges and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions using a consultative approach
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to strengthen positioning and sales strategy
  • Prepare accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting for assigned accounts

Job Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS, networking, or cybersecurity solution sales
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and managing large enterprise accounts
  • Strong technical understanding of how technology solutions address business challenges
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions
  • Experience working with channel partners and building partner-led sales strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills with high autonomy
