Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and leadership teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, conferences, and other brand engagement initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key marketing metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
- Drive content strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Utilize marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support public relations and corporate communication activities, including media engagement and brand messaging.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the technology sector or a related industry.
- Proven experience developing and managing successful data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar marketing and analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective project management and organizational abilities with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo and CRM platforms such as Salesforce will be an added advantage.
