Motomedia Reflomax Limited, a leading player in the advertising and media industry, is looking for a skilled Media Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic media plans, ensuring optimal reach and engagement across various platforms, with a strong focus on Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement media strategies to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
- Plan and execute OOH media campaigns across different client categories.
- Analyze media performance data and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to align media strategies with brand objectives.
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in media planning, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Strong knowledge of OOH media formats and industry trends.
- Proficiency in media planning tools, analytics, and reporting software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
