International Facilities Services (IFS) Group is hiring a Videographer / Content Creator to craft compelling visual stories that elevate brand perception and audience engagement. This role goes beyond filming and editing, focusing on narrative-driven content that transforms everyday operations into memorable visual experiences across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture cinematic, dynamic footage using creative angles, movement, lighting, and sound.
• Produce short-form, scroll-stopping videos for social media, corporate communications, events, and podcasts.
• Edit raw footage into emotionally engaging stories with strong pacing, captions, sound design, and subtle effects.
• Develop brand films, behind-the-scenes content, and event highlights that feel authentic and engaging.
• Adapt content formats for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and internal channels.
• Contribute creative ideas, challenge briefs, and suggest improved visual approaches to storytelling.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from concept development through shooting and final delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills with an eye for composition, pacing, and emotion.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain creative quality under pressure.
• Willingness to experiment, iterate, and push creative boundaries when appropriate.
