Operations Lead at I-Sense Ville Consult

I-Sense Ville Consult is recruiting an Operations Lead to coordinate activities across multiple pharmacy outlets. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in retail operations, team leadership, and process optimization. Closeness to Victoria Island is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations across pharmacy branches, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Lead and manage diverse teams to meet operational goals, encouraging accountability and collaboration.
• Develop and enforce effective standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
• Provide data-driven reports to support strategic decisions and performance improvement.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
