A software company is looking for an Operations Manager to handle their workflow automation, SOP, quality assurance and managing processes.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows across business systems.
- Create, update, and manage clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key business operations.
- Conduct regular audits of internal processes, automated systems, and customer-facing touchpoints to identify errors, maintain high standards, and drive continuous improvement.
- Plan, build, and optimize lifecycle email campaigns.
- Analyze customer behaviour and journey touchpoints to design retention strategies.
