Moniepoint Incorporated is hiring a People Business Partner (Remote) to collaborate with business leaders in aligning people strategies with organizational goals. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and driving business performance through effective people practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning and organizational design to ensure teams are structured for current and future success.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Support employee relations by offering fair, consistent, and business-focused solutions to workplace issues.
- Collaborate with talent management and rewards teams to implement learning, development, and recognition initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational organizations.
- Proven ability to interpret HR data and use insights to support business decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience within fintech, banking, or technology organizations is an added advantage.
