We are looking for a dedicated Programs Officer to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will have a passion for working in the NGO sector and at least 3 years of experience in program management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and monitor programs to meet organizational goals.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the success of program initiatives.
3. Prepare regular reports on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
4. Conduct research and stay informed on best practices to improve program impact.
5. Manage program budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the NGO sector.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with program evaluation and monitoring.
