Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Quality Auditor and Vendor Expeditor to support supply chain quality assurance and vendor performance. The role focuses on conducting risk-based quality audits, monitoring supplier progress, ensuring compliance with contractual quality requirements, and expediting the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation in line with project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk-based audit and vendor expediting plans based on supplier criticality and project requirements.
  • Conduct supplier quality management system (QMS), process, and product audits while documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor supplier manufacturing progress, inspections, testing, preservation, packing, shipping readiness, and documentation status.
  • Verify that quality inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), non-destructive testing (NDT), certifications, and inspection releases are completed before material dispatch.
  • Identify quality and schedule risks, follow up on corrective actions, and provide timely progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in quality auditing, supplier quality, vendor inspection, procurement quality, or vendor expediting.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier documentation, inspection processes, factory acceptance testing (FAT), logistics, and quality management systems.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is highly preferred, while certifications such as CSWIP, API, ASNT/ISO 9712, or AMPP/NACE are an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
