Job Description

MeCure Healthcare Limited (MHL) is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Control Officer to support its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate quality control records throughout the production process.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections and tests on pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Monitor product quality at different stages of the manufacturing process and report any deviations or non-conformities.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports, testing records, and quality control logs.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Investigate quality-related issues and assist in resolving product or process abnormalities.
• Support the development, review, and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Promote adherence to safety standards and quality assurance practices within the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Quality Control Officer or in a similar role, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control processes, testing procedures, and industry standards.
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong documentation, record-keeping, and reporting abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality excellence.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
