Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Professional certification such as CIPM or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
