A firm is looking to hire a Recruitment Officer.
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦110,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates
- Conduct initial interviews
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end
- Build candidate pipelines
- Work with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years’ recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing & interviewing skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards & sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Laptop & stable internet required
