Key Responsibilities

1. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
5. Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to the relevant department.
