Job Description
A firm is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s solar energy products and solutions, generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Location: Maitama Abuja
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related energy solutions.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customer segments.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain solar solutions to customers.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions offered meet customer requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 4 – 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Knowledge of solar energy products and solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
