Job Description

A leading luxury retail company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee boutique sales operations, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury retail, client relationship management, and engaging High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs). This role is suited for a strategic sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with new and existing high-value clients.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and evaluate the sales team to improve performance and customer service standards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer buying behavior to identify business opportunities.
  • Forecast sales performance, prepare budgets, and align business strategies with organizational goals.
  • Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience while maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Manage dormant customer accounts, reactivate corporate and government accounts, and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales across all product categories, including entry-level, mid-range, and luxury watches.
  • Ensure visual merchandising meets company standards and brand expectations.
  • Oversee performance management, staff development, and compliance with company policies, including dress code requirements.
  • Complete all required brand training and ensure knowledge is shared across the sales team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Candidates with international qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 15 years of sales experience, including 5–7 years in a managerial role.
  • Previous experience managing luxury retail operations.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury watches, jewelry, or premium retail products.
  • Proven experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs).
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value sales and managing premium client portfolios.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Experience in investment banking, asset management, affluent/private banking, or luxury real estate is an added advantage.
  • A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
