Job Description

ProSidian is seeking a Schedule Analyst to support energy infrastructure projects under the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office (LPO). The role focuses on project schedule analysis, critical path reviews, milestone tracking, delay risk assessments, and lifecycle monitoring activities. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in project controls, construction monitoring, engineering services, or energy infrastructure projects.

Location: Washington, DC, USA (Remote within the United States with occasional on-site meetings)

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze project schedules, critical paths, milestone logic, float calculations, and delay risks.
  • Monitor project progress and evaluate schedule performance against approved timelines.
  • Prepare schedule reports, delay analyses, milestone tracking reports, and project monitoring documentation.
  • Support technical due diligence, credit evaluation, and lifecycle monitoring activities for energy infrastructure projects.
  • Assess schedule recovery plans and recommend corrective actions where project delays are identified.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, finance, legal, environmental, and project controls teams.
  • Conduct schedule reviews using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, borrower interviews, and monthly monitoring reviews when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide lender-ready reports for project stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of experience in project controls, schedule analysis, construction monitoring, engineering support, finance, or energy infrastructure projects.
  • Experience reviewing project schedules, critical path methodologies, milestone tracking, and delay analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent report writing, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Experience supporting energy, utilities, oil and gas, power generation, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to U.S. Department of Energy programs or federally funded energy projects is an advantage.
