Job Description

The Senior Manager, People Business Partner is a strategic leadership role responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives across multiple portfolios. This position partners with senior leadership and HR centers of excellence to drive organizational performance, workforce planning, and large-scale transformation initiatives while leading a team of People Business Partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic partnerships with business and functional leaders to design and implement people strategies that drive performance and long-term growth
  • Manage and coach a team of People Business Partners, ensuring high-quality, insight-driven support across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, Learning, Employee Relations, People Analytics) to execute enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Drive workforce planning and organizational design to align talent structures with future business needs
  • Leverage people analytics to identify risks, performance gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Lead change management and transformation initiatives, ensuring strong adoption and cultural alignment across the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR Business Partner or leadership role
  • Proven experience managing HRBP teams across multiple functions or regions
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives and HR teams to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Experience in fast-growing, complex, or matrixed organizations (fintech, banking, or technology preferred)
  • Exposure to large-scale transformation or post-merger integration projects is an advantage
