Job Description

Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join its remote team. This role is ideal for a design professional with strong UX/UI expertise, a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences, and experience designing products within fintech or SaaS environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead product design initiatives, and help deliver user-centered solutions that improve customer experiences.

Location: Lagos (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final interface design.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to improve product usability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain scalable UI components while contributing to the organization’s design system.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design best practices across digital products.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior product design or UX/UI design role.
  • Strong expertise in user experience, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, component variants, interactive prototyping, and design systems.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into product improvements.
  • Knowledge of UX analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar is an advantage.
  • Experience working in fintech and/or SaaS environments with a solid understanding of user behavior.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior designers and thrive in agile, fast-paced product teams.
