Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer (UX) to lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly financial products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is suitable for a creative problem solver who is passionate about building exceptional digital experiences in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research and discovery to wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs.
- Develop design strategies that align with business objectives while meeting user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate and improve product designs.
- Design scalable UI components and contribute to maintaining a consistent design system.
- Promote accessibility and inclusive design principles across digital products.
- Mentor junior designers and support the growth of the design team.
- Use data and customer insights to continuously improve product usability and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior product design or UX design role.
- Strong expertise in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, component variants, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and translating research into design decisions.
- Knowledge of UX analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.
- Understanding of motion design tools such as Lottie, After Effects, or Principle is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Previous experience in fintech or SaaS product design is highly preferred.
