A leading NDIS service provider is seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team supporting participants across Wollongong and surrounding communities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapy services within agreed timelines
- Provide speech pathology services across schools, homes, and community settings
- Conduct clinical assessments and interpret findings to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve participant outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Support and mentor graduate and early-career clinicians
Requirements
- Must have current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Must have post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Strong time management and organisational skills to handle a diverse caseload
- Demonstrated proactive approach with a willingness to learn and improve
- Ability and interest in mentoring junior clinicians
- Passion for working within the disability and NDIS sector
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, team-driven environment
