Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapy services within agreed timelines
  • Provide speech pathology services across schools, homes, and community settings
  • Conduct clinical assessments and interpret findings to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve participant outcomes
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
  • Support and mentor graduate and early-career clinicians

Requirements

  • Must have current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Must have post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to handle a diverse caseload
  • Demonstrated proactive approach with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Ability and interest in mentoring junior clinicians
  • Passion for working within the disability and NDIS sector
  • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, team-driven environment
