Job Description
A Social Media Coordinator is needed to support the digital presence of TruSkin, a leading skincare brand. This role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to grow brand awareness and drive engagement across social platforms.

Salary: USD 45,000 – USD 55,000 yearly
Job Responsibilities
- Create engaging static and video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Develop and appear in short-form video content that aligns with brand storytelling
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar in collaboration with marketing and brand teams
- Coordinate with third-party agencies by preparing clear and strategic creative briefs
- Manage daily community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and skincare industry insights
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams on campaigns and product launches
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content best practices
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating on-camera video content with a portfolio is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights or Google Analytics is an advantage
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or eCommerce brands is a plus
