A growing organization is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to oversee its digital presence and drive online engagement. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of content creation, social media strategy, audience growth, and digital storytelling. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and building a strong brand presence across multiple social media platforms.

Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, marketing materials, and branded content.
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, and promotional copy that drive engagement.
  • Shoot, edit, and publish content while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase audience growth and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and create relevant, high-performing content.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and external partners to expand reach.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio of previous work (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent content writing, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends and audience behavior within Nigeria.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong creativity, initiative, and execution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer-focused brands.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads management.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation and digital marketing.
