SnappyCX is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee and grow its organic social media presence. This role focuses on social media strategy, content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. It is ideal for a professional who understands how to build brand visibility, foster audience engagement, and drive sustainable growth through organic social media efforts.

Job Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
• Develop and manage content pillar strategies that support brand growth and audience engagement.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with established posting schedules.
• Analyze content performance and recommend strategic improvements based on engagement and growth metrics.
• Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Content Scheduling and Publishing
• Schedule and publish approved content consistently across all social media channels.
• Manage social media scheduling tools and ensure timely content delivery.
• Coordinate content publishing timelines with the videographer’s production schedule.
• Maintain an up-to-date content calendar accessible to key stakeholders.
Caption Writing and Brand Voice
• Write engaging captions that reflect the founder’s authentic voice and personality.
• Adapt messaging and tone to suit different content pillars and platform requirements.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all social channels.
• Create compelling short-form copy that encourages audience interaction.
Community Management
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries promptly.
• Escalate sensitive or urgent issues when necessary.
• Engage proactively with followers, customers, and relevant industry accounts.
• Identify opportunities to share user-generated content and customer testimonials.
Performance Reporting and Optimization
• Track key performance indicators including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting performance insights and recommendations.
• Identify emerging trends, content formats, and topics for testing.
• Monitor underperforming content and suggest corrective actions.
Job Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media strategy for brands or founder-led personal brands.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable audience growth and engagement results.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience developing and managing monthly content calendars.
• Excellent caption writing and short-form copywriting skills.
• Ability to write effectively in a founder’s first-person voice.
• Experience managing community engagement, comments, and direct messages professionally.
• Beauty, hair care, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industry experience is highly preferred.
• Understanding of the natural hair or beauty community is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Later or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
