Job Description
Cavista is seeking a Software Delivery Manager to lead the execution and delivery of software products across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on ensuring timely, high-quality, and efficient delivery while aligning engineering, product, and business priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage complex delivery environments with clarity and structure.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects and products using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product roadmaps and translate them into actionable user stories
- Facilitate planning sessions and prioritize work based on team capacity and business needs
- Ensure software products meet defined quality standards before release
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and stakeholders to maintain alignment
- Identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and propose effective solutions
- Monitor and improve delivery processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Act as the central point of contact for all delivery-related activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in software delivery, product delivery, or digital project management
- Strong background in Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Proven leadership experience managing delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges under pressure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working in ambiguous environments
- Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
