Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of surprise events, ensuring they exceed client expectations.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise a team of event planners, delegating tasks and ensuring seamless coordination.
- Logistics Coordination
- Manage procurement, delivery schedules, and logistics to guarantee smooth event operations.
- Client Engagement
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and translate them into exceptional events.
- Operational Improvement
- Continuously evaluate processes and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, event planning, or a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a knack for creativity.
- Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas.
