Technical Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000 per month

We are hiring a Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth and provide technical expertise in our sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships. Experience in the construction chemical industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring their specific needs are met.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
4. Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
• At least 6 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the construction chemical industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
