Job Description

A rapidly growing skincare brand is seeking a UGC Coordinator to fuel creative growth and content performance. Since its launch in late 2023, the company has scaled quickly across the US and Canada, building a loyal customer base and expanding into new product categories, including a women’s line. With bold branding, uncompromising formulations, and a strong foothold in the $20B+ skincare market, the brand is positioning itself as a disruptive force in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full UGC production process, including sourcing creators, briefing, reviewing assets, and preparing content for launch
  • Develop clear and actionable creative briefs that transform campaign strategies into high-performing UGC content
  • Build and maintain relationships with UGC creators and influencers to ensure consistent and scalable content output
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as hook rate, thumbstop percentage, hit rate, and CPA to guide creative decisions
  • Stay informed on TikTok, Meta, and broader UGC trends to continuously optimize content creation strategies

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in UGC content creation, influencer management, or performance marketing in the DTC/eCommerce space
  • Strong understanding of performance creatives, with proven ability to identify scroll-stopping hooks and high-converting content
  • A balance of creativity and analytical thinking, comfortable working with metrics like CPA and ROAS to evaluate success
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and creator relationships simultaneously
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in briefing creators, giving feedback, and ensuring brand alignment
  • Bonus: Experience in skincare, DTC brands, budget management, or hands-on TikTok-style content creation
