UI/UX Designer (Business Banking)

Padana Consulting is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join its Business Banking team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that improve customer satisfaction and support business objectives. This role is suited for a creative professional with a strong understanding of user research, interface design, and usability best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive digital experiences.
• Design user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for business banking products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Perform usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
• Ensure consistency across digital products by following established design systems and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing user-centered web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is an added advantage.
