A growing business is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Assist in planning and booking travel arrangements
- Provide general administrative support, including document management and data entry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
