Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee relations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HR software and excellent communication skills.
