Job Description
African Industries Group (AIG) is recruiting an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead strategic human resource operations for its manufacturing business in Kaduna. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader with strong expertise in industrial relations, employee engagement, talent management, and HR compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all human resources operations for the business unit.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage industrial relations, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee retention initiatives.
- Oversee performance management, learning and development, and organizational development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, collective bargaining, and employee engagement.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
