LifeBank is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the QA team and ensure the highest standards of quality across our tech projects. This role is perfect for someone with extensive experience in QA leadership within tech or software development environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA team, overseeing testing activities and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies, including both manual and automated testing.
  • Oversee the use of testing frameworks, automation tools, and CI/CD processes to improve software quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial position.
  • Proven experience managing QA teams and projects in a tech or software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and CI/CD processes (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API testing is a plus.
